Simple template to record your path to a successful Performance Review
Two weeks ago, I wrote the importance of preparing in advance your performance review. I’ve you miss it, here it is.
Today, I want to share with you the template that I’ve been using in the last 3 years. I tend to update it and adapt it to the new context from time to time, and I recommend you do the same.
This template is made to be fulfilled continuously, as described in my previous article.
It comes with some examples to understand how to use it.
Some recommendations about how to use the template:
Consider 1 document → 1 log record. So, every time you want to record something, you create a new document.
Use the date on which you are creating the document. This will help you in the future to have a time context and order.
